Designer FAQs

Tech Specs – Please send us a PNG with transparent background. Minimum 300DPI, and max file size 20MB. There are no restrictions on how many colours we can print.

Editorial guide – We won’t print anything that encourages hate, cruelty or discrimination.

Who owns the artwork? You retain ownership of your work. You can withdraw designs at any time.

What we offer – Reach a UK audience, full control of which products use your design, choose your own margin (default £5 per sale).

What we take care of – Payment processing, t-shirt production, postage and packing, customer-service including returns.

What T-Shirts do you use? – Our standard t-shirts are Fair Wear Foundation and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I certified.

What other products can I offer – A huge range of t-shirt styles and colours are available. Want long-sleeve? rolled-up sleeves? v-neck? – it’s all possible. Please contact us for info.

We currently use Kornit DTG printers and water based non-toxic ink. (DTG stands for Direct to Garment). All t-shirts are “made to order” for the customer.

How do I get paid? You can get paid via bank transfer or PayPal.

When do I get paid? Once the customer has passed the return period you can claim your royalties.

Can I gift my royalties to chairty?Yes! Please contact us for details.

The things you need to get a storefront / shopfront are:

  1. Minimum six t-shirt designs
  2. A cover image
  3. A logo
  4. A store description.

Can I add a video to my product page? Yes! – the simplest way to do this is upload your video to YouTube and send us the YouTube URL.

How to remove a design? Please contact us, letting us know if you want to completely remove the product or just make it unavailable for purchase.
